Laura Sandham-Larone, Client Service Manager, has been providing bookkeeping and administrative support to small businesses and entrepreneurs for the past sixteen years. In addition to bookkeeping, Laura offers service and support with Constant Contact, shopping carts, website & blog maintenance, PowerPoint presentations, word processing/document formatting, and social media - providing professional support to both our clients and team of associates.

Angela Lindland, Associate VA, has been in the administrative environment for more then ten years. As a VA, Angela provides the following services to clients: accounting/bookkeeping, database management, email, fax, calling service, presentation formatting, spreadsheets, web design, and word processing. Laurie Matechuk, Associate VA, has experience working in an office environment for approximately 17 years and therefore brings a variety of skills with her.  She has an Office Administration certificate with an Administrative Assistant major, and successfully completed her certification as a Virtual Assistant through the Red Deer College. She enjoys helping businesses succeed by offering the following services: desktop publishing, word processing, spreadsheets management, data entry, mail merge, bulk mailings and PowerPoint presentations. Denise Jeffrey, Associate VA, brings 18+ years of traditional office experience with her. She has successfully completed the Virtual Assistant Program at the Red Deer College, which enabled her to combine her work experience with her areas of interest to create her home-based VA business. In addition to providing the more traditional administrative services of word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and database management, Denise enjoys image editing & creating photo collages. The Internet Marketing VA Certification course through VA Classroom has also helped her acquire skills in web analytics, blogging, social media, affiliate marketing, search marketing and email marketing. With a love to learn, she prides herself on acquiring new skills quickly.


Robin Knight, Associate VA, is a Certified Virtual Assistant, holding a certificate from Red Deer College’s Office Administration – Virtual Assistant Certificate Program and Event Management from Mount Royal University. With 22 years as a successful small business entrepreneur, she brings knowledge and experience to many areas of concern and challenge to small business. Fourteen years as a High School Resource Assistant to special needs students has allowed Robin to hone her communications and team building skills. Robin has compassion and empathy for others. Ghost writing, editing, proof reading, Power Point Presentations, word processing, desktop publishing, data entry, administrative tasks and event management are all areas which Robin provides service.
