I have to say as I was preparing to write my final letter of gratitude it was really, really tough. The problem you see is I have so many people to be grateful for in my life that choosing just one for this final letter was almost impossible. The only solution that made sense to me was to include all of those individuals into this blog post…so here it is. The final Letter of Gratitude.

There is something to be said for a week without technology….I have to admit I loved it. I just spent my last week of vacation trying to be very good, which means no Blackberry, no checking email, and although I did check it a few times, overall I was very impressed with myself.

Boy, is it hot here! But hey, I’m not complaining. The summer is finally here, and for me this is the time to sit back and enjoy some holiday time. I have to say for some reason this year, it feels as if I have been moving in 40 different directions, and I haven’t been as good about taking the time to practice Self Care. Yes, slap the hand!
Although, self care is something we should be practicing all year round, for some reason summer really represents that time for me…the time to slow down, take a few more breaks and really enjoy doing…well nothing.
