This past Monday we celebrated Family Day here in Ontario. It’s not a nation-wide holiday in Canada, only certain provinces recognize Family Day, luckily I live in one that does. It’s amazing to think that we actually have a holiday that is dedicated to spending quality time with our family.

Have you ever had those moments…staring at a blank page, wondering what to write about. It happens to me quite often. You know you just gotta write something, but the topic, the words just are not coming your way.
You’ll notice I did not post last week. It’s been a pretty chaotic (to say the least) start to January. I’m not complaining as January has started with a bang with new clients, new responsibilities and a new outlook to 2010.
Well can you believe it? 2010 already here!
2009 was a whirlwind of a year some good, and some not, but that’s just life isn’t it? A new year always represents a new beginning for me, a new path to explore all those things I didn’t get the chance to in previous years.
Here we are again, can you believe it, Christmas is only 17 days away. Where on earth did the year go? I have to admit, I’m a little “ill prepared” for the festivities. Normally I can start preparing for Christmas in October and at this point am pretty much done with the shopping, the crowds and yes, even the wrapping. Not this year, Christmas seemed to creep up on me and all of a sudden jump out from behind the closet and yell “Boo, here I am!”
