When I contacted you about joining the MJVA team in 2002 (yes it’s been that long!) I never expected to gain such a fulfilling professional relationship and more importantly, our friendship. So thank you; for your personal and professional support, your kindness, your generosity, for listening to me vent, mentoring me when needed, giving me freedom and trust, and for pushing me outside of my comfort zone.
