When I need to be flexible and mobile, I'll use my boatachor... err... laptop. I use logmein.com to log into my desktop. But it's funny because I see this weird trend... some people are moving to a single laptop and others (like me, now have dual screens and have very fixed work spaces). A LOT of it has to do what you do too. I do bookkeeping and am paperless and have a team to manage, having this HUGE work space saves me so much time that it works for me. For others, not so much.
