I’m sure you’ve had one of those “a ha” moments. Well I had one the other day and what better place to share it than right here.
For those of you who know me, know that I’m extremely passionate about the Multi-VA Business. Not a thrilling topic for some, but for me it has always been a source of excitement. The Multi-VA business has been good to me, and I know I speak of it as if it is an entity all to itself. To me, it almost is.
When I wrote the Virtual Assistant’s Guide to the Multi-VA Business, I never thought it would gain the recognition in the VA industry as it does today. The Multi-VA business has become an alternative business model for Virtual Assistants, one that multi-VA owners are making a success every day…and quite honestly I couldn’t be more thrilled about this!!!
I had my “a ha” moment the other day when I had finished with a coaching call with a client, a Solo VA who is transitioning to a Multi-VA Business. I was in awe of how far this particular VA had come. Then it struck me…. not just this VA…but look how far this industry has come.
The multi-VA model…in my humble opinion …the “a ha” moment is coming here…is truly a representation of how far this industry has come. We are finding more and more Virtual Assistants are in a place in their business where there is more work than time. They have to make the decision to either turn away clients or begin adding team members to support the workload. – Wow, what a fantastic place to be!!!
Okay, so maybe my “ah ha” moment didn’t have the same impact on you as it did for me. But I have always come from the belief that there is plenty of work to go around for all of us. This little “a ha” moment really confirmed for me how strong this industry truly is. We are here to stay ….for years to come!

Well said Michelle!
I loved reading your books and it helped me very much when launching my business. I now have a succesfful full practice and will be hiring a personal assistant to help me so I can focus on Sales and Marketing. The VA industry is booming and here to stay!
Thanks again for being such a great coach! You and Erin Blaskie have been my mentors, coaches and inspiration.
