I love that you have a team approach. As an entrepreneuer who relies solely on virtual assistants and contractors, and because my business is so big, relying on only one VA type services doesn’t often work.

Now that I’m teaching entreprenenurs how to build their teams of Virtual Assistants, I find that a lot of VAs are excited to learn how they can benefit from the power of a team — and that there is a lot to learn about that approach.

You said it best: “I created my own rules, the fees I could pay, the standards that must be kept, the process and procedures that has made my business successful.”

Most entrepreneur don’t do that themselves…then wonder why they don’t get the result they desire with outsourcing. So kudos to you for being a leader “team builder!”
